"I just wanted to let you know how much we absolutely loved our stay with you in Vermont. Your staff treated us like royalty and we truly experienced the winter vacation we wanted. The desk staff were friendly and sympathetic when our luggage did not arrive with us. The room was a wonderful surprise, the dining was excellent. The special meal the Chef fixed on our last night was just excellent and made us feel like celebrities.
