Current positions available:

Food & Beverage Department

Position: Experienced Food & Beverage Director for a year-round resort to manage up-scale Dining Room, Tavern and Special Events.
Responsibilities:   The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for all front of house aspects of our dining operations including and not limited to: maintaining the high level of service and guest experience customary of our brand,  hiring, training, scheduling and managing of all +40 staff,  regular P&L reporting, purchasing and inventory management, payroll management, compliance with Vermont food and beverage health standards and liquor consumption/handling laws, supervision of day-to-day staff duties (such as cleaning, promotion of specials, special event needs), coordinating with executive chef, kitchen staff and other departments for special events.

Professional Skills: Customer service excellence, keen attention to detail, flexibility and creativity, problem solving, proven team leadership and motivational skills,  strong communication skills, computer skills, self-motivated and high energy. Holiday and weekend hours are expected.

Reports directly to Resort General Manager.
