Incorporating gentle yoga practices to increase energy, restore health and relax the mind, along with plenty of free time, we’ve developed a memorable itinerary:
Day 1 - Arrive, settle in to your room, explore our 350 acres, mingle with fellow participants at a welcome reception followed by dinner.
Day 2 - Sunrise Yoga and Mindful Meditation and breakfast. Free time for kayaking, massage, nature walks and more exploration. Lunch at leisure. Afternoon Yoga - Pranayama Workshop (Yogic Breathing), cooking demonstration with one of our chef's, and then dinner.
Day 3 - Closing Yoga session to get you ready for the week ahead, breakfast and departure.

All inclusive Rates - $695 single occupancy or $545 double occupancy per person.
