The Mountain Top Nordic Ski & Snowshoe Center, one of the first commercial cross country ski touring centers in the East, has served the skiing public for over a quarter century. Located in a renovated horse stable, we pride ourselves on delivering some of the best cross country skiing on 60km of trails (40km groomed), with classical ski track and skating lanes. Our snowmaking system covers a 1.5km loop and our ski shop has the latest in ski and snowshoe rentals. The ski school is staffed with a friendly and knowledgeable staff of instructors for all skill levels. Our PistenBully groomer helps us to ensure that conditions are always perfect for our guests. Easy access to the Catamount Trail further extends the number of trails that you will enjoy.  In addition we offer horse drawn sleigh rides, snowmobiles, ice skating, the best sledding hill around.

After you've worked up an appetite on the trails, the Nordic Center offers hot drinks, lunches and a place to put your feet up with friends and family. Or visit the Highlands Tavern, serving casual bistro fare for lunch or dinner. Come for the day...and why not stay overnight? To learn more please call 800-445-2100 and ask about our seasonal packages and room rates.
