White Birch is a non-smoking house throughout.
White Birch is NOT pet friendly.
Pets in these accommodations are a violation of the rental agreement. Guests bringing a pet into this Guest House will be charged a minimum penalty fee of $250 per night, per pet and will be moved to pet friendly accommodations if available. Refunds will not be offered in the event the stay is shortened or alternative housing is not comparable.

Please review our complete list of fees & policies. Rates are ++ Vermont state tax and resort fee. A minimum booking of 2 nights is required when your stay includes a Saturday night. A 3-night stay is required for Presidents Day Weekend.

*Woodburning fireplaces are available for use between the months of October & April (exact dates vary by year). **Outdoor cooking appliances are available in summer months only.
